On Scott's site, in the book notes the only confirmed jacket was an l. This copy has a k jacket with a $1.95 original price, 11 cover, and the numberless list on the inverse includes Ellison's Invisible Man but excludes Malamud's Two Novels (dating it to fall 1963).
