Confirmed Dust Jacket Backs for Each Regular Title

As well as being a collecting focus in itself, DJ backs can be useful in identifying the date of the book it covers. The following table identifies actual jacket back styles confirmed to exist for each title in the regular series. (Click here for a table of reported Giant jackets.) A dot in a cell below a letter identifies a title covered in that jacket style as reported by a collector. If a row is shaded in blue, it is extremely likely that all jackets in existence for that title have been reported. Click a jacket style letter to see an example of that style and to read its parameters.

The table shows just the major styles. To see what variations exist (for example h₃ or b₄), go to the Jacket & Binding Subtype Finder page and follow the directions there.

Obviously, this is an ongoing project that requires input from lots of folks—like you, for instance! If you have a title in a DJ back style not dotted here, please let us know so we can add it to the table.
