From the FAQ:

Is there a Modern Library
chat room or bulletin board?

There are no chat rooms as such where real-time discussion goes on, nor is there a bulletin board system in the sense of a Fido board or a UseNet news group.

There is, however, the non-commercial Modern Library e-mail discussion group maintained by J.B. Krygier at Ohio Wesleyan University. After you've joined the group, you send your e-mail about the Modern Library to a single address; your e-mail immediately and automatically gets forwarded to everyone else whose joined. Responses are also immediately sent to everyone. Membership is free.

The group includes many of the best known and most knowledgeable members of the Modern Library collecting community, including a number of specialist book dealers and scholars.

For detailed information about how it works and how to join, see Modern Library e-Mail Discussion Group.
